I am pleased to announce that Justicar Kasim Bayar will be present during our Cinco de Mayo gathering. He will be holding a conference to discuss threats to the Ivory Tower aboard the SS Titan, my personal yacht. I encourage all of you to relax and enjoy the festivities, but when the time comes, I hope to see everyone aboard the Titan to hear Justicar Bayar speak. Large gatherings like this are a risk. The reward is the counsel, instruction, and knowledge of one of the most revered members of our society. Do not waste it.
